Delete it and you should be fine (I also removed it, so people that hasn't already downloaded the modloader folder now can play well) There is ONE mod that causes problems in the beginning, the 'hd carl home' mod, really don't know why but it causes problems and literally bugs the fuck out of the game. Just download GTA SA folder and then modloader, paste the modloader FOLDER into the main folder of GTA SA, the one with gta-sa.exe in it, should be easy since you sail the seas :)
